At this point you're looking and feeling great — fitting clothes better and confident with your top off. We teach you how to reverse diet correctly, building muscle at a faster pace whilst maintaining a great composition. Eat more food and carbs whilst keeping the toned, athletic look from Phase 1.
Common mistake: 90% of guys think the transformation is complete here — and end up putting all the weight back on.
This is where we set future goals. We focus on performance — whether that's bringing up lagging muscle groups or focusing on strength and fitness goals. This is where you truly create a vision and become the best version of yourself.
